1. Small joint repair method:
① The steel structure can be coated with 60 mm wide sunlight 2000Pa single component waterproof adhesive at both ends of the joint, and the joint is not painted 20 mm near the joint
② Non woven fabric (or glass fiber cloth), 150 mm wide, pasted on the sun 2000Pa waterproof adhesive
③ Brush 3 times on non-woven fabric or glass fiber cloth. The width and thickness of the second layer are 50 mm and 1.8 mm respectively. The last coating is not sticky
2. Repair method for large joint of steel structure plate:
① It can be filled with PU sealant of dm-600 sealer
② Brush both ends of the joint with sunshine 2000Pa one component waterproof adhesive with a width of 60 mm, and do not apply it when the joint is 20 mm
③ Steel structure non-woven fabric or glass fiber cloth, 150 mm in width, pasted on the sun 2000Pa waterproof adhesive
④ Apply sunshine 2000Pa one component waterproof adhesive three times on the pasted cloth. When brushing, the width of the last one should be 50 mm and the thickness should be about 1.8 mm. It should be thick in the middle and thin on both sides. The last coating should not stick to the hands
